Qualification Requirements

Specialty General Contractors is an industry-leading program through Jencap for commercial paper GCs. The exclusive program is intended for best-in-class qualified paper GC contractors performing commercial new ground up construction and commercial remodeling. GCs must subcontract at least 85% of their work.

  • Detailed Work on Hand

Premium Requirements:

  • $30K MP—NYC 5 Boroughs
  • $17.5K MP—NY State Excluding NYC 5 Boroughs
  • $7.5K MP—Outside NY State
